what things to eat to keep muscles tight?
i've been working out very well, on shape as well. but when it comes to eating i get off the track! i mean, the place where i work doesn;t allow me to eat healthy, you know (breadsticks, hamburgers, ala food and so).. in most of the ocassions i skip lunch tho. so i wait till i get home but i get nothing to eat there tho. so i just go and order chinese food. i can't figure out what food or snack to grab on in order to not have my work outs exercises messd up! please any advice?
