Hi,
I am a teenage female and I recently just finished my school sport season, and I want to stay in shape and lose about 15 pounds. Can someone help please? I dont eat any red meat (pork, steak, hamburger, hot dog, etc...) Also, I have IBS, so my GI doctor told me to eat low carb, so I nead LOW CARB meal plans. I want healthy food choices too. I am a very healthy person and I would like to keep it that way. I would like it between 1500-1600 calories a day. Can anyone offer a daily schedule of meals? Just one days worth would be great. Thanks.
