What legal action can I take against a member of ebay that sold me a broken phone and will not respond to me?
I bought a phone from a member of ebay. They said the phone was in like new condition and was fully functional. I got the phone and it does not work properly and was not "like new". I basically can't use it at all. I have tried to contact the member but they are not responding. They said that all sales were final but I know that I have a legal case because chances are that they new the phone was not functional plus they said the phone was fully functional when it wasnt. That makes the statement all sales final null and void (?).
Contact ebay's complaint section. Stay on this issue until you get it resolved.
